Appointment With Social Worker.
You’ll attend an in-person or virtual appointment with a Social Worker. This clinical interview will be used to collect information about your symptoms, history, and review overall mental health.
Assessment Process
You’ll complete our comprehensive scales, observer surveys, and we will complete our analysis, diagnosis, and your detailed report based on the data collected.
Report Review.
You will have an in-person or virtual appointment with a Social Worker to review the final report and recommendations.
