No, an initial consultation isn't mandatory. If you feel ready to start your journey with one of our clinicians, you can book a full session directly. However, we do offer complimentary 10-15 minute consultations. These are a great opportunity to ask questions and see if you feel a connection with one of our social workers, helping ensure it's a positive and comfortable fit before you commit.

We aim for transparency in our pricing:
Counselling/Therapy: $200 per 60-minute session.
ADHD Assessments: $1200 (This is a comprehensive assessment process).

Finding the right fit is crucial for successful therapy, and it's perfectly okay if your first match isn't the right one. Your comfort is our priority. If you don't feel a connection with your practitioner, you can speak to them directly or let our admin team know. We will gladly assist you in finding another practitioner on our team who better suits your needs and preferences, subject to availability.

Virtual Appointments: Yes, all our practitioners offer virtual sessions, so you can connect with us from wherever you're most comfortable.
Evening & Weekend Appointments: Many of our practitioners offer appointments outside of standard business hours. Our team will work with you to find a practitioner whose availability aligns with your schedule.

We offer a couple of convenient payment options:
Credit Card: We accept major credit cards.
Direct Billing: We may be able to bill your insurance provider directly (please inquire for details).
E-Transfer: We can also accept e-transfers in certain situations; please arrange this with us beforehand.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes things come up, but to ensure we can offer timely support to all our clients, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding in helping us manage our schedule effectively.
